9/15/09 The September update of the Cambridge Structural Database has been installed on our CSD server. This current 3-month update contains over 11,207 new crystal structure entries. As always, the database contains all verified crystal structures, except for those published in about the last 6 months.

6/25/09 The Bruker instrument now has a Cu X-ray source. In general, we will now be able to do absolute configuration determinations on nearly all compounds. Unfortunately, because of the very low power of the Cu tube and the small area of our current detector, data collection will require about twice as much time as in the past.
